Banner Placement on lighterliving.com

Branding Campaign Commitment
Vendor commits to a 3-month branding campaign, to be renewed or cancelled at vendor´s request 2 weeks prior to the end of the preceding campaign.

Banner Requirements
Banner Policy: Banners (120x600, 728x90, etc) may not, at any point during the campaign, have additional creative that extends beyond the designated banner area unless approved by lighterliving.com and specified in the IO. This includes, but is not limited to: rollovers, surveys, non-user-initiated daughter windows and DHTML elements. Approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All beyond-the-banner creative required 5 days of lead-time to be approved. All ad placements should spawn a new browser window when clicked upon.

Changes and Cancellations: All creative materials must be received at least 5 business days prior to the launch of the campaign. If creative is delayed, lighterliving.com reserves the right to extend the campaign end date by same number of days creative was delayed.
Rejecting Creative: lighterliving.com reserves the right to approve all ad creative that will run on lighterliving.com. lighterliving.com reserves the right to reject any creative that does not follow lighterliving.com specs.

.SWF File Policy: lighterliving.com will accept up to 3 creative executions per ad size per campaign. The following files must be trafficked: swf, backup .gif, click through URL. lighterliving.com will create the HTML that calls the .swf creative. lighterliving.com will not be responsible for counting clicks on .swf creative that is not trafficked to this spec.
