Menopause and your Endochrine System

FACT or FICTION: There is no natural way to balance your endocrine system to help relieve menopausal symptoms.

The answer is FICTION: There are several herbs that regulate the endocrine system. These are referred to as Adaptogens. Adaptogens normalize the secretion of the hormones produced by glands in the endocrine system like the Pituitary and Adrenals. Regulating theses glands helps balance your hormones which may help bring some relief to PMS and menopausal symptoms. 

Some of these herbs are:

  • Ginseng
  • Licorice Root
  • Ashwagandha
  • Maca Root
