Fact or Fiction: The liver is able to remove most of the toxins we ingest today.
The answer is Fiction: We are so over exposed to toxins in the food we eat, the water we drink and bathe in, the personal care we slather on our skin, the air we breathe the furniture we sit on and the car we drive in that our liver cannot possibly remove them all. Instead we create fat in the liver in which these toxins get stored.
