FACT or FICTION: Eating fiber is the key to losing weight.

The answer is FACT: If you eat 35 grams of fiber every day it will help you shed unwanted pounds. Fiber helps to manage your hunger, slows down the rate at which you convert carbohydrates into sugar and blocks the absorption of calories.
