Toss NoOodles in pesto. Put NoOodles on plate, cut chicken into strips and place on top, then top with parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!

Marinate chicken in 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Grill to medium rare and set aside.
Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add onions, peas and low fat cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Add chicken and bacon and NoOodles and sauté for 3 minutes while stirring (mix well).
Remove from heat, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, serve and enjoy.

Slice tomato (save juice) and red onion and stack. Top with sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with a little basil.

Place sliced eggplant in egg batter then dip into breadcrumbs. Place olive oil in casserole dish and bake in 400° preheated oven for 10 minutes then flip over eggplant slices and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove eggplant from dish and then place back in dish layering eggplant and cheese alternately. Pour tomato sauce over stack and bake in oven for another 10 minutes.

Instructions:
To Sear tuna, season raw tuna with blackened spices.
Heat olive oil in a pan until sizzling. Place tuna in hot oil and sear on both sides for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
Toss arugula and balsamic vinaigrette.
Layer both slices of pineapple, NoOodle and then rolled sliced tuna (see photo).
Drizzle Wasabi Aioli on top
