It was nice to see Marjolein on QVC (UK) on Thursday, though I was only able to catch the last show in the evening. Watching her correct/adjust the position for a couple of exercise being performed by (I think) Alison Keenan was helpful in illustrating how to do it properly. It was a shame the show wasn't longer as I'm sure there were more exercises Marjolein wanted to show us!
I've only had my Aero Performer about 4 weeks, and am enjoying using it, but made a silly mistake of deviating from the video/wallchart resulting in straining my left knee. Not sure if this was when I decided to do a 2 legged exercise with one leg which was not a featured move on the video. I think it is only a mild strain having seen an expert, but it was enough to stop me walking down stairs. Hoping to restart again within 1-2 weeks being more careful this time.
Anyway, the next time you're on QVC, can you remind people like me to follow the videos carefully to avoid hurting yourself

I am pleased to say that after a year of sciatica I have finally been able to do the level 2 DVD without any pain (though I did miss out short spine on the advice of the physio).
It really does make sense to go at your own pace, and to go slowly if recovering. |
