| This last week has been an eye opener for me. I had my doubts about this pilates machine especially since I have a Total Gym sitting at home. My friend Tam introduced me to pilates and her machine. I have never felt so good. I feel there is balance after working out .Now I understand about mind, body and spirit. It all works together.After this one week of feeling so good about myself I ordered a machine from QVC. I can hardly wait for it to come in. I know that with time I will achieve my goal. |

you will not regret buying this machine it is great, i use mine every day with the cardio board as well, good luck |
