|
|
Hi Marjolein: I am new to the Pilates machine and I am 68 years old. I do have back problems. A herniated disc and some bone spurs in my lower back. I have been using the Pilates about 1 month now. Not for long periods of time. However I am having some back pain when I am finished.
Do you think it is because I am not used to exercising some parts of my body that have not been moving? i.e. Just using the treadmill. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :D |

orleansgal, welcome!
I'm not sure if M. reads the boards to respond. You can email her at
marjolein@lighterliving.com
Many of us have received personal responses from her.
Good Luck! |
