I use a wash cloth to exfoliate, always moisturizer and use sunscreen.

I have used AHAs and BHAs, glycolic acid through the years but recently moved up to renova and am so pleased with the results!

Also, I have started using cranberry oil and have found this to be a miracle product for me. It takes care of any irritation almost instantly.

I use a Clarisonic twice a day with a non-drying cleanser. Using the Clarisonic allows my products to work better, and allowing the moisturizer and serums to be absorbed. I always use at least a 20 SPF every day. Once a week I mix up organic olive oil with raw sugar for a facial scrub to exfoliate my skin.

I eat a healthy diet, avoiding processed foods and fast foods. I don't eat sugar because this causes inflamation in the body that definitely affects the way you skin looks. Inflamation causes the body to age all over! I also believe that taking fish oil or flaxseed oil, and drinking water helps to soften and smooth the skin. We need a little fat in our diet, but good fat like those found in nuts, seeds, and avocadoes, not saturated fat. I believe you are what you eat, and since our skin is the largest organ in our body....it definitely deserves the very best!!!!
