Hi,
I am severe troubling getting the right length for my straps. Can anyone please advise ? When I put them 2 " below shoulder rests when platform engaged with two coprds they are too long ??
Please help.

Hi Dimples - I'm about 5'4" and I've got my straps so that when they are placed on the shoulder rests they are pulled tautly. I find that length works for me.

| Presumably the carriage is engaged ie the cords are used |
