Hey Sandra, I too joined on board for the 30 day makeover.
I kinda fell off but I'm back on ,just in time to look great for the Holidays. Talked to Marjolein this morning and now I'm pumped and ready to go. |

| Hi Sydney! Glad to know you're back on board. How has it been going? I did 20 Min. of the rebounder last night. Tonight will be a full workout, pilates and rebounder. I'm not very consistent with keeping a journal. |

Hell-o Sandra,
Last night I did 20 min rebounding and the 8 min workout. Tonight I'm going for the 20 min rebounding and a full workout. What workout do you like the best?
My biggest down fall is my bad eating habbits. Talking to Marjolein helps a lot. |

| Hey Sydney! I'm fairly new doing pilates on a machine. Did lots of floor work. I have the aeropilates machine with the rebounder. It was the TSV on QVC last year in 07/06. Soooo, the only workouts I have are the ones that came with the machine (the full workout and rebounder DVDS). What is the 8 min workout? I wasn't able to do a pilates workout yesterday. But I did 20 min on rebounder. I'm going out tonight, so I woke up early and did 20 Min this morning for my Wednesday workout. I like to do the full workout about 3-days a wk. However, this wk I don't think I'm going to get 3-days in. Have you done the 48-hour cleanse? |

The 8 min workout is on Marjolein's home page. It says my secret to toned arms flat tummy and lean legs. I have not done the 48 hr cleanse have you? If so what did you think? How long have you been rebounding?
This is good having someone to chat with about pilates. I have 30lbs to lose. Hope I can get down some size for the holidays. |

Lighter eatting, I just don't know what the heck is wrong with me, I am hungry all the time.

Well, that what I am going through and yes, talking with someone a couple of times a week would be a great help! |

Sounds like a plan. I do the same thing eat really good for a day or two, than the next thing I know sticking the candy in my mouth. I have done very well this week. I only missed one day of rebounding and that was Wednesday.
I think we need to be very honest and post if we have a bad day or a good day. That would really help me. This is going to be very helpful to me . Thanks for mailing me. |

Hey ladies:
Sydney, I haven't tried the 48-hr cleanse yet. I have to find a weekend that I'm home for a straight 48-hr I would prefer to do it that way.
I've been rebounding since August. I committed completely to this 30-day pilates makeover 10/28/07. Before that, I would slack off. Since last Sunday I've rebounded everyday for 20-min. Haveen't stuck with doing a full workout 3 days a wk. But I'll check the 8-min workout I can substitute that when I can't do the full.
I'd be happy with losing 10-15 Lbs. I get on th scale once a wk. I got on this morning and with one week of rebounding I've lost 2 lbs.
My eating habits aren't so bad. During the week I'm really good b/c I'm at work my eating habits are structured. This weekend, I only had one soda. See, during the week I drink only water and splurge on the weekends. But I'm even trying to cut that out. Sooo, I only had one soda. As far as Halloween candy goes I had a tiny box of Junior mints and some taffy. I find it's more of a problem during "that time of the month".
I too am enjoying the back and forth. Hi Victoria. WELCOME! I hope more people start to post. Good luck everyone.
Where are you ladies located? I'm in Queens Ny.

I enjoy rebounding. I do love the treadmill. Since I've "committed" to this 30-day makeover I've only been doing the rebounder and pilates workout.
You'll definitely shed a few lbs before the holidays. Just keep at it. How long have you been doing pilates and the rebounder? Are you keeping a food diary as Marjolein suggests? I'm not good at dkeeping one.
This week I feel real good. Hopefully it continues. You know they say: "it only takes 21 days to form a habit". I'm on day 9. Lets see. |

I have been doing pilates off and on for about 4yrs. I have continued to gain weight.. But after getting a little smarter about what I eat I think it is going to come off. . I was able to rebound 3or4 days last week. It's hard when you have little children.
I'm from St. Joseph MO. Not as much fun as Queens I'm sure. I have always wanted to go to New York. |

I'm sure, it's difficult when having young children. I'm not fortunate enough to have any yet. Someday I'll be a MOM.
Thanks for telling me where the 8-min workout it. I'm planning on doing it tonight and 20-min of rebounding.
Have you spoken to Marjolein? I have to give her a call, just to check in. I'm really enjoying this support system we've started.
I was born and raised in Ny. Never lived anywhere else. I love it. I'm a true native New Yorker.
I really want to try the 48-hr cleanse. I just don't think it fits in my budget just now. Trying to finish my Christmas shopping.

Hey Sandra, I have not got to rebound since Thursday. But I will today and I will do a basic workout. Just a hectic weekend that's for sure. I have done much better on my eating over the weekend so that's a plus. I e-mailed Marjolein Sunday have not got a mail back yet.
So how much weight are you wanting to lose? In the last 5years I have put on 50 pds. That's so bad. But I won't give up. I just would like to get rid of 30 extra. |
