You might remember me from last Nov. I emailed having problems with esophageal spasms when I used my performer. I wanted you to know I figured out the problem, I was exercising on an empty stomach. I thought that would be better but I was wrong. When I eat a small amount of food before exercising I don't have any problems. I am so excited because I LOVE the pilates machine. I now have two, I got the anniversary edition and also the regular aeropliates with the stand, 4 cord. I keep the one with the stand in my exercise room and the smaller anniversary on my main floor, it is convenient to pull out when I am cooking or have needs to remain on the main floor. I guess I am a Pilate nut but I love both machines. I watch all your shows on QVC and also tape them, they are great motivators. Also I have gotten five of my friends to get performers and they are so pleased. I am on an excercise forum and I read post after post of people killing themselves with exercise routines to get in shape. My posts will always say the same thing,"I have never found a program that compares to the aeropilates performer, I am smaller, more toned, and spend only a fraction of time in exercising and I feel like a million at 52. It does as much for my mind as it does for the rest of the body." By the way I use to have spider veins, after rebounding for three months, they are gone. Thank you, thank you, for bringing pilates to the mainstream public.
