Pilates Is A Lifestyle
Pilates has changed me. I have all the tapes, mat work, and just
recently purchased Romana's Pilates Powerhouse Mat Work, box and pole,
you name it. Pilates is not like working out. It is a lifestyle. I love
it. It is calming and easily done, no pounding on joints. I am a
medical transcriptionist sitting long hours and could have a big
backside, but Pilates has maintained my weight of 123 pounds and I am
in the "over 50" age range. I also do free weights and ball exercises,
Pilates and Corel Secrets, but all this started with Pilates.
I have
been doing Pilates daily for four years. I love the cardioboard
for aerobics and when I first got it, I could only do 5 minutes at a
time. It is very aerobic, and I thought I was fit. There are not enough
good words to say about Pilates. It has changed my life. I was a yo-yo
dieter and now Pilates has helped me maintain. I do weight training (10
pounds too), I never could do more than 5 pounds before. Keep
up the Pilates shows. Before I end, I have to say I love this website.
