72 years young
I watch on QVC. A few years back, I brought the Pilates Performer or JP. I am 72 years young. I am about ready to quit Step Acrobics because it hurts my legs. I walk 4 miles a day, do mat pilates twice a week and the JP twice a week. Weight training also and yoga. I do not care for yoga, but have to finish this semester for my degree. It's a one unit elective. I like pilates and will continue as I advance in years. It feels the safest along with walking..
