I have stopped all medications. I have LEGS! I have been doing Pilates for awhile now...I get up at 2:15 am and work on the Pilates machine...My legs feel awesome! The other thing I do to my legs is "Dry" brushing. Small circles with a natural body brush...small circles up and down my legs for about 10 minutes or so...and I also do that all over my body!
Here is what I wondered! I think the lymph system has something or is somehow tied into that restless leg syndrome... I would love to talk with someone who does research on Restless leg syndrome and find out if that is true! With all the medications for "Restless" leg syndrome that did not help me... you really should do studies with the Pilates machine and restless leg syndrome! In fact I was talking with a girl at work who suffers from Restless leg syndrome and she was about to "Cut her legs off" when I told her about Pilate’s machine...She came over and tried mine and guess what!!! She bought one and now she has "Legs TOO"!
I sold my old Pilates machine and Up-graded to the one with the cardio rebounder...
Anyway, I wanted you to know how much this has helped me! I did not cut off my legs. Now my question!
What other leg exercise should I be doing! I have to say I have had 3 knee surgeries and I have the Pilates machine with 3 cords. I want more work in my legs. I am thinking about changing a cord to the red one! Would that help with the resistance...because that is what my legs feel like they need... more resistance! Can you help me?
When you are on QVC I watch you and get all enthusiastic again about the Pilates machine. Last time you were on QVC you told us to go to your web-site and print off the AeroPilates stretching sequence... I did that and have been working on that...
So, any help you have for me would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for listening...
Thank you.
