I am also using the pilates every evening (well almost every evening) after I get home from work. I love the new CD's especially the integrated ones. I have a suggestion for the cardio CD that you produce in the future, could you put a little stop watch at the top of the screen so we know how long we have rebounded on each of the sections. Sometimes I don't think I can make the two minutes but if I had a little stop watch I could say, "see you have already rebounded this long you only have...long to go, you can do it! More of an encouragement type thing. But, again I really love the new CD's.
Now, my actual question for writing - now that I have the cottage cheese taken care of, I want to focus more on my arms. Under my arms specifically, the part that continues to wave after you have finished waving. Is there a group or set of pilates that I could do each morning after rebounding and each evening after I have finished pilates that would firm and tighten that skin more? I have lost a lot of weight and would like to tighten this area. I weighed 206 lbs when I moved to Illinois eight years ago and now I am weighing in at somewhere around 126-131 and trying to get to about 120. I seem to be in a slump right now, but the new moon is coming and I believe you said the new moon was good for starting and sticking to something new.
Thank you so much for your input. I appreciate your help and advice.
Sincerely,
Leslie Arnold
