I can't thank you enough for bringing Aero Pilates to QVC, Cameron is really enjoy doing pilates (he's even made up his own little routine!) and I am going to make sure this is part of his life now, he is big into his football and can't wait to be back on the pitch next season...hopefully!!
One more question, if I may, I suffer with back problems have a slight scoliosis and my right leg is longer than the left, therefore my pelvis is out of line by just over 1cm, in my right hip I have bursitis, this can flare up and cause pain and stiffness. Can you recommend any specific exercise I can do? Or any exercise I should give a miss?
