I seem to have misplaced the video that I got with it so I have been using the chart and completing all the exercises.
I am now addicted and…have gone down 2 buckle sizes on my belt and my jeans are starting to sag at the bum. I now find that I would like to do more. What would you recommend? And, also, what are the best exercises for lower abs? I now have friends coming round to use it as they have seen my results.
