New Kid on the 'Pilates' Block
I don't qualify as the new "kid" on the block because I'm 66 years old, but I am new to Pilates having purchased the machine and been using it daily for seven weeks now.
I absolutely love it!!! I noticed immediate results, my clothes are looser and I just feel better all over. I've been counting calories along with my 45 minute daily wokout doing both the Pilates exercises (Level 2) and using the Rebounder. I've already lost 18 pounds. I have some arthritis in my hips and have been able to really cut down on the pain medication because I just feel so much better. I only wish I had discovered Pilates sooner and am telling all my friends about it.
