My Best Friend
When I first Started I thought I would never advance to the Level II video, but after one year I sent for the Level II Workout in January 2007.
I love doing Pilates and at 68 I feel I look pretty good. I never thought I would have a flat stomach again but now I do. I'm also happy to note that I no longer get muscle cramps in the thighs and hip when I get into the "mermaind" position.
My favorite series is the "Leg in Strap". I use my Rebounder during the video preview.
