take 8 billion CFUs of probiotics a day like in Acidophilus Plus
take 1000 IU vtiamin D each day
Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetable for Anti-Oxidants or add VegeLight
Eat seeds, nuts and fish for Omega Fatty Acids and take a daily supplement like DHA
Eat .8 grams of Protein for every pound of body weight each day.

Having gluten sensitivity does not necessarily mean that you have Celiac Disease, but you should have your doctor test you for it.
