  • Well Done!! You do not have Gluten Sensitivity. My recommendations for staying healthy are:
  • Eat 35 grams of Fiber every day like found in our Probiotic Bars
  • take 8 billion CFUs of probiotics a day like in Acidophilus Plus
  • take 1000 IU vtiamin D each day
  • Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetable for Anti-Oxidants or add VegeLight
  • Eat seeds, nuts and fish for Omega Fatty Acids and take a daily supplement like DHA
  • Eat .8 grams of Protein for every pound of body weight each day.
    You should also take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.

  • A Moderate score means you may have gluten sensitivity.
  • Try eliminating Wheat, Rye and Barley along with other items containing Gluten for 5 days to see if your symptoms are relieved.
  • Boost your immune system with a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.

  • Having gluten sensitivity does not necessarily mean that you have Celiac Disease, but you should have your doctor test you for it.

  • Contact your Doctor and discuss testing options and follow the above suggestions to see if you get any relief.

  • Thyroid disease
  • Intestinal cancer
  • Lymphoma
  • Juvenile idiopathic arthritis
  • Or have an immediate family member who has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition or celiac
