Quinoa - instead of Rice

Bored with rice? Try Quinoa. Packed with protein, fiber and much easier on your digestive system this delicious and nutritious seed, available in many colors, is a super food.

Cook one cup of Quinoa with 2 cups of water. Boil and cover to simmer for 12-13 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
