Nectarines and plums contain phytochemicals to improve your skin and calcium, potassium and magnesium for good bones.

Cantaloupe and other melons have vitamin C and carotenoids for eye health and vitamin b to support your nervous system.

Rhubarb contains lindleyin which helps against hot flashes.
